Katy Montgomery

Katy brings a wealth of knowledge—and plenty of ridiculous nonsense—to the podcast. She is on the Executive Education faculty at Johns Hopkins Carey Business School, having previously served as Associate Dean of Student Development there. Most recently, she was Associate Dean of Degree Programs at INSEAD, overseeing degree portfolios across four campuses: Fontainebleau, Singapore, Abu Dhabi, and San Francisco.

An experienced coach and facilitator, she has taught executives, MBAs, attorneys, and non-profit leaders. She holds a Political Science degree from Loyola University New Orleans, a J.D. from Georgetown Law, and an Executive Masters in Change from INSEAD.

Katy resides in DC, where—despite being only in her early 50s—she plays Mahjong, listens to audio biographies on long walks, entertains, plans trips, and fumes at the bad advice others follow.
